We are appointing the Executive Board — Chairpersons, Vice-Chairs, Rapporteurs and Moderators — across all six committees. Thirteen questions, one at a time, and a final check before anything is sent. It takes about fifteen minutes, it is free, and every application is read.

Which seat are you applying for?

Pick the one you want most. "Any of these" is a real answer, not a weak one.

Can you be there for both days?

Every year, conferences lose Executive Board members in the final fortnight because nobody said this plainly at the start. We would much rather you tell us now.

The conference runs on 7–8 November 2026, at Beary's Amity, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Reporting time is 07:00 on both days — not the session start, the time you are expected on site.
Sessions run to 12 hours. Expect to be at the venue until late evening on both days.
Executive Board members are also expected before the conference — study guide work, agenda preparation and briefings.
