The inaugural edition
Rcorp Mun 2026 is a Model United Nations conference convened in Bengaluru by Rcorp Enterprises. Everything below is being built in the open — most of it is not announced yet. The one thing that is open, right now, is the Executive Board.
About the conference
Convened under the Rcorp Enterprises banner, Rcorp Mun brings together school and college delegates for two days of committee across the United Nations, the Indian Parliament, a corporate boardroom and a working press corps.
The conference runs a single house Rules of Procedure in the UNA-USA family, with a short annex per committee, published alongside the study guides. Every delegate gets a one-page precedence card. No committee improvises its own rules on the morning of day one.
Research, portfolio accuracy, negotiation and documentation carry the marks. Procedural competence is capped deliberately low — moving caucuses all weekend is not a strategy here. Substantive chits to the dais are read and scored.
Lok Sabha and the corporate board committee both run live, with a backroom that answers back. Directives need an objective, an executor, a method and a timeline — vague orders produce consequences rather than results.
Delegates from Bengaluru and beyond, first-timers included. The format chosen is the one Indian delegates already know, precisely so that a first conference is not also a retraining exercise. Allocations, sizes and eligibility are announced with registration.
The Secretariat is led by Secretary-General Heena Noor, appointed 2026. The Executive Board — the chairing panel of every committee — is being appointed now, by application.
The slate
The slate is fixed. Agendas are not yet announced — they are set in late August, and study guides follow once the Executive Board is in place.
UNSC
Fifteen members, nine affirmative votes, and five that can stop the room on their own. The Council still runs on provisional rules eighty years on — the smallest committee here and the least forgiving.
UNHRC
Where state sovereignty meets the individual, and neither side gives ground easily. Rewards delegates who can hold an uncomfortable national position without abandoning it.
DISEC
The General Assembly’s First Committee, and the largest floor of the conference. Recommends and urges — it cannot demand. Learning that distinction is half of learning DISEC.
Lok Sabha
Not a UN body and it will not behave like one. Question Hour, Zero Hour, Bills and clauses, a Speaker whose ruling is final, and party whips that can be defied — if you can justify it to the Chair.
Name to be announced
One company, one boardroom, one very bad week. Directors vote and non-directors do not; a declared conflict of interest can take a rival out of a vote entirely. The committee’s name and the company are still being finalised.
IPC
Reporters, photographers and cartoonists working every other committee to a deadline. Standing access to the crisis rooms, and an editorial line to hold while you write.
Agendas, committee sizes and the allocation process. Agendas are fixed in late August and study guides are commissioned for publication in late September 2026. Sizes and the country/portfolio matrices are published with registration.
Executive Board
Every committee is chaired by an Executive Board of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chair and a Rapporteur. Those seats are open, and this is the one part of the conference you can act on today.
We are appointing across all six committees. Prior Executive Board experience is the single most weighted thing on the form — but a strong first-time application with real MUN depth is read just as carefully.
The application takes about fifteen minutes and asks for one judgement scenario in your own words. There is no fee to apply.

Delegate registration has not opened. Nothing is being collected yet, and no payment is being taken.

The full two-day schedule. Opening ceremony, session blocks, breaks and the closing ceremony are published closer to the conference, once each committee’s chairs have set their session plan.

Anyone with real Model UN experience who can be present on both conference days. Prior experience on an Executive Board is the most weighted part of the form, but it is not a bar — strong delegates with deep committee experience are appointed too. The application is here.

Some appointments carry an honorarium payable after the conference, subject to the terms of appointment. It is decided per seat and it is set out in the letter of appointment — not on this page.
